The film traces the life and intellectual journey of Fatema Mernissi, a leading figure of Moroccan feminism. An internationally renowned sociologist and writer, she devoted her work to questions of women, society and power relations. Naturally elegant and deeply modest, she lived surrounded by books, friends and artists from many disciplines. She continued working until her sudden death, leaving behind a major intellectual and human legacy.

Mohammed Abderrahman Tazi is a Moroccan producer, director and screenwriter. A graduate of the Institut des Hautes Études Cinématographiques in Paris and Syracuse University in the United States, he held several positions at the Moroccan Cinematographic Centre before becoming Director of Production at 2M. He also worked as an artistic advisor on several foreign films shot in Morocco. His filmography includes "The Great Journey", "Badis", "Looking for My Wife's Husband", "Lalla Hobby" and "The Neighbours of Abou Moussa".
