Following the death of his beloved wife, Abbas is consumed by grief and unable to accept her absence. Seeking comfort, he immerses himself in old voice recordings and projects her presence onto a doll that gradually replaces reality. As memories become hallucinations and longing turns into obsession, Abbas descends into a world where love and madness become impossible to distinguish.

Insaf Jounid is a Moroccan architect, filmmaker and writer. Alongside her architectural practice, she develops a body of cinematic and literary work exploring memory, identity and human emotion. Her films focus on psychology, women's experiences and Moroccan youth through an intimate and sensitive visual language. Through filmmaking, writing and cultural initiatives, she creates dialogue between cinema, architecture and the human experience, believing that the most personal stories often reveal universal truths.
