Hana Shiha is an Egyptian actress born in Beirut to an artistic family. Her father, Ahmed Shiha, is an internationally acclaimed Egyptian painter. The family moved to Egypt during her early years. Encouraged by her art-loving mother, Nadia Zeitoun of Lebanese origin. Hana and her three sisters began piano and ballet lessons at a young age. Hana also developed a love for reading, completing French, British, and Egyptian literature by the age of 16.
She pursued her studies at the High Institute of Dramatic Arts, majoring in acting and directing. Hana started her acting career at the age of 20 with a role in "El Bar El Gharbi" (2002), leading to numerous film and television offers, including a leading role in the hit film "Hob El Banat" (2003).
Hana continued to deliver standout performances in films such as "Before the Spring" and TV series like "Yetrebba Fe Ezzou" and "Moga Harra". She gained significant recognition with her role in the series "El Sabaa Wassaya" (2014), where she created the beloved character "Em-Em" alongside Walid Fawaz.
Currently, Hana Shiha continues to thrive in her artistic career and has recently established her own production company to finance her own film and television projects.
